Senior SalesForce Developer
Position overview:
The position will involve managing the implementation and maintenance of Complaints, Document Control, CAPA, Training, Audit, and other modules and may involve managing outside vendors in relation to the project.
JOB / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform complex business and systems analysis work and generate standard and ad hoc reports as needed
- Use standardized project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to address project needs and tailor templates for project use
- Conduct application design sessions with business users and technical staff to define business requirements and business process models
- Communicate effectively with users to determine requirements of new processes and applications or modifications to existing processes and applications
- Prepare and update complex preliminary and detailed design documentation
- Prepare process models, data models, flowcharts and other documentation for present and proposed business processes and automated systems to verify design logic and processes
- Develops comprehensive test plans with the users, coordinates test activities and/or helps execute test components to ensure changes to existing programs or new programs meet business requirements and work as designed
- Determine user needs and design, implement, and validate appropriate queries and reports to meet those needs
- Establish documentation and performs validation activities to ensure compliance with program documentation, procedural standards, and Government Quality and Regulatory Laws
- Assist in the diagnosis of problems associated with automated applications and writes detailed specifications for developing or correcting software for handling complex processes to improve system performance and/or accuracy, this may include training, presentations, or system demonstrations
- Act as system administrator for quality and regulatory Information management systems.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Job Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Computer System Validation and FDA industries.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams (including remote teams)
- Relevant project (GMP) management experience/understanding of project management methodologies
- Creating and managing Crystal Reports. (Added advantage)
- Setting up and maintaining SQL databases (Added advantage)
- Setting up and operation of SMARTSOLVE™ (Added advantage)
Skills / Competencies
- QMS/Pilgrim Software is highly desirable
- Self-starter who can drive complex projects with minimal guidance/oversight
- Action oriented-willing to take initiative to follow up on all projects and deadlines
- Proven ability to manage project change control process
- Proven ability to track and monitor project issues and resolution
- Proven ability to complete tasks on time/budget and with minimal management
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple Technology teams, on multiple concurrent projects, working with business leaders, Technology leaders, software engineers, system administrators, and 3rd party vendors
- Extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving issues on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent in communication, influencing and negotiating skills with management and associates
