About Us

Position overview: Ensuring the security, tracking and accountability of materials and goods required for inventory control. As well as ensuring shipment transactions are promptly entered into QAD/MFGPRO in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and following through on all material movements in order to gaurentee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures.


JOB / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (Listed in order of importance)

  • Coordinate corrections of shipment errors through Customer Service.
  • Order Processing
  • Pull and pack materials
  • Check all orders to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with freight carriers regarding daily bills of lading
  • Prepare shipping documents if necessary
  • Perform general duties including FedEx processing, cycle counts, housekeeping, stocking, safety and maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
 

Requirements
 
Knowledge / Education
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Job Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in Distribution and or Receiving, preferably in a Medical Device Environment

Skills / Competencies
  • Experience with QAD MFG Pro ERP Software preferred but not required 
  • Know how to operate a pallet jack
  • Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office
  • Must be extremely service, internal customer, and detail-oriented           
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Must have excellent attendance
  • The ideal candidate is highly motivated, is a proactive problem solver, self-starter that can work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
