OmniPod Extension for the CoPilot Health

Combine the Abbot Diabetes Care CoPilot™ Health Management System and the OmniPod Extension software to create customized charts and graphs of the data from your PDM.

 

By teaming the CoPilot Health Management System with the OmniPod Extension software you can:

 

• Download insulin, BG and carbohydrate records from your PDM to your computer.
• Upload lab and exam records.
• Create customized reports, charts and graphs, including logbooks and statistics.
• Chart your glucose modal day, glucose line, glucose average, glucose combination—as a histogram or pie chart.
• View charts on-screen, print them or email them to your healthcare provider.
• Share your data with your healthcare provider using the synchronized server. 
• View and print your PDM Settings from the OmniPod PDM Settings Report.
• Effortlessly track changes to your personal settings.

Get the combined power of CoPilot and OmniPod

To download your PDM’s data into CoPilot, you need to install CoPilot onto your computer before installing the OmniPod Extension.
Step 1. Install CoPilot on your computer. Follow this link to the Abbott Diabetes Care website to download the software.

Step 2. Download and install the OmniPod Extension to the CoPilot Health Management System at no charge.

 

Minimum System Requirements

• PDM model UST200. (Where is the model number?)
• Personal Computer with 400 MHz or higher CPU processor (This software does not run on Apple computers.)
• Microsoft^® Windows^® 2000 or XP operating system
• 128 MB free system RAM (memory)
• USB port
• USB Cable: USB A to USB mini-B, less than 9 feet (2.7 meters) in length 

 

Please note that the PDM is compatible only with Windows-based operating systems. Do not connect a USB cable from your PDM or attempt to download your data to a computer using a non-Windows-based operating system, as the PDM may alarm and require a reset.
