Pathfinder Data Management Software

 

The OmniPod Pathfinder 1.0 Data Management Software enables OmniPod Insulin Management System users and their healthcare providers to view recent blood glucose and insulin delivery records.

 

The software downloads diabetes management records from the OmniPod PDM (Personal Diabetes Manager) to a personal computer, including:

 

• Up to 30 days of blood glucose statistics
• 7 and 14 day blood glucose graphs
• Up to 4 days of insulin delivery and carbohydrate records

 

Downloaded information includes basal insulin delivery, mealtime and correction boluses, carbohydrate intake, alarms and alerts, and other details of daily insulin treatment. The software then presents the information in charts and graphs that users can review, save, and print from their computer.

 

Get the combined power of Pathfinder and OmniPod

To download your PDM’s data, you need to install Pathfinder onto your computer. Once you have installed the software, you will need an infrared cable and a serial port to download your PDM to your computer. If your computer does not have a serial port, you will need to order the USB to RS-232 serial adapter.  Both the infrared cable and USB to RS-232 serial adapter are available on our accessories page.

• 128 MB free system RAM (memory)
• 150 MB of available hard-disk space
• Super VGA (800x600) or higher resolution monitor
• Serial port
