Financial Assistance Program

At Insulet, we understand that every patient is different and that cost plays a significant role in choosing a specific treatment. That’s why we have developed a Financial Assistance Program: so you can choose the treatment that is best for you and continue to enjoy the benefits, freedoms, and support of the Omnipod® Insulin Management System.

Program Requirements

Our Financial Assistance Program provides support to U.S residents who meet specific income guidelines and are:

  • Currently using the Omnipod® System
  • Ordering directly through Insulet
  • Uninsured, have insurance that does not cover the Omnipod® System or one of its individual components, or who cannot afford their insurance out-of-pocket obligations

Determinations of eligibility will be made by Insulet Finance/Billing in conjunction with Legal/Compliance based on specific criteria identified in our Financial Assistance Policy.

Podders™

Log in to PodderCentral™, a digital home for Podders™ who order directly from Insulet. PodderCentral™ provides eligible Podders™ the ability to order online, pay bills, check order status and update information.
